Dr Wilson Ikubese bags another Humanitarian Award, dedicates it to ‘Davido’

Former Presidential aspirant and proprietor of Sckye Hospitals, Akure, Dr. Thomas-wilson Ikubese has continued to receive accolades for his humanitarian services to the less privileged in the country, even as he bagged a MERITORIOUS SERVICE TO HUMANITY AWARD.

Ikubese received the award on Saturday, at the 50th Anniversary ceremony of the Salvation of Christ Mission Assembly Worldwide, held in Akure, the Ondo state capital city.

It was gathered that the Saturday’s award is the third in recent times, after those of the 5th and 19th of August 2021.

The renowned philanthropist had on the 19th of August, been decorated with the “Distinguished Personality In Humanitarian Services” award by the Correspondents’ Chapel of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) in Ondo State, during a Public lecture and Awards for distinguished Personalities held by the Journalists at Akure.

This news medium also earlier reported, how Ikubese had on Thursday, 5th August received an “Icon of Hope, Embodiment of Truth And Inspiration To Nigerian Youth” award from the Heritage Ambassadors Network(HAN).

while reaction to the latest Saturday’s award, Ikubese dedicated it to popular musical artist, David Adeleke, better known as Davido, for adding 50 million naira to the 201 million naira birthday gifts donated by his friends and handing same to orphanage homes across Nigeria.

“I dedicate this award to David Adeleke (Davido), for adding 50 million naira to the 201 million naira birthday gifts donated by his friends and handing same to orphanage homes across Nigeria.” Ikubese said.
