Owo killings shock Ondo 130 Crown Obas, condole Owo people

The 130 Crown Obas in Ondo State have condemned the mass murder of worshippers at the St Francis Catholic Church, Owo, on Sunday.

The Kabiyesis expressed shock that such deliberate act of wickedness could still be exhibited in a democratic nation in the 21st century.

The Obas condoled the Governor of Ondo State, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu over the massacre of innocent nigerians who were merely practicing their religion.

They also condoled the Olowo, Oba Ajibade Gbadegesin Ogunoye and the people of Owo over the mindless killings.

The Obas appreciated Governor Akeredolu for his unrelenting efforts to protect his people and ensuring that justice is served to every nook and cranny of Nigeria.

The Kabiyesis prayed for the Catholic Community in Ondo State and the entire nation that the Almighty will restore peace and dignity in our land.
